Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is place we cannot cancel it. We understand errors are made, if you need to change sizing or an address please reach out to us immediately via so we can assist you Customerservice@avennej.com

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, however sometimes it may take up to 5 business days for orders to ship. After orders ship via UPS they take up to 5 days to arrive.

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

We currently offer returns in exchange for a store credit. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery in the condition it was received in. More information can be found in our return policy tab.

 

Do you offer pickup?

No we currently do not offer pickup.
